2. Upload your photo(s). Make sure the photos are of the highest resolution possible, and upload multiple photos if in doubt.

3. Place your order and within one to two days you will receive a proof design via email - request revisions until your design is exactly what you want

4. After approval, your artwork will go into production and we will share the tracking code with you once it’s on its way

We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Spain, using certified local production partners. With this approach, the delivery route significantly reduces and thus contributes to our carbon footprint.

We deliver our packages with USPS, FedEx, UPS and local delivery companies, depending on the shipping destination

Due to the numerous requests, we unfortunately cannot do this. Our sample system is linked to placed orders. We use this system to send out all samples and keep requests for changes as organized as possible.

To ensure we get the best result, here are a few tips for choosing the perfect photo:

  1. high quality: make sure your photos are of high quality. The clearer and sharper the photo, the better the portrait will be.
  2. good lighting: choose photos with good lighting. Natural light works best to showcase all the details and true colors of your pet.
  3. position: we need a clear view of the face and eyes, and preferably the body posture as well.
  4. no filters: use photos without filters or heavy editing. This helps us capture the natural beauty of your pet.
  5. upload multiple photos: the designer will choose the most suitable photo.

Yes, you can definitely pay later with Klarna. This allows you to receive and review your purchase before you pay.

After receiving your order, you will receive an invoice from Klarna to be paid within a certain timeframe (usually 14 to 30 days).

Paying later with Klarna sometimes requires a short credit assessment. Make sure to read and understand all the terms before selecting this payment option.

Check if you have received a confirmation email for your order to ensure that the email address entered is correct. If this is not the case, please contact the customer service.

During busy periods, it may take a little longer for you to receive the proof design. If you have not received a proof print after three days, please contact the customer service.

It can unfortunately happen that a package is damaged due to unforeseen circumstances.

Don't worry, you will always receive a new copy from us without damage.

Follow these steps to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently:

  1. Report the damage: Email within 48 hours of receipt to mailto:support@my-cartoon.com to our customer service. Include your order number and attach photos of the damage.
  2. Received product(s): Since each of our products is personalized, returns are usually not necessary. If the damage is significant and the product is unusable, you do not need to keep it. You can safely dispose of it.
  3. Assessment: Our team will assess the situation and provide you with further instructions.
  4. Reshipment: After our team's assessment, a replacement product will be created and shipped.

We strive to quickly and satisfactorily resolve any issues with damaged deliveries. Your satisfaction is our priority.

if the tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received anything, or if it has been returned to the sender, this can be frustrating. here are a few steps you can take

  1. give it a day: tracking can sometimes run a little ahead of reality. wait another business day, as the package often arrives anyway.
  2. let us know: is your package still not there after two days? or has it been returned to sender? please send us a message with your order number and what’s going on.
  3. we'll fix it: we'll dive in with the logistics team and ensure a reshipment if necessary
